3M™ Fluorosurfactants are non-ionic polymeric fluorochemical surfactants belonging to a class of coating additives which provide low surface tensions in organic or aqueous coating systems that are best obtainable with fluorochemicals.

 

Fluorosurfactants are excellent wetting, levelling and flow control agents for a variety of waterborne, solvent-borne, high-solids and radiation curable organic polymer coating systems.

 

These fluorosurfactants are soluble and compatible with most polymers and continue to be active throughout the drying or curing process. When used in waterborne polymer systems, Novec fluorosurfactants tend to reduce the aqueous/organic interfacial tension and remain surface active in the organic portion of the polymer system.

3M™ Glass Bubbles iM30K will change the way you think about plastic parts. This product has a density of 0.60 g/cc and an excellent isostatic crush strength of 27,000 psi, providing an additive with a superior strength-to-density ratio for use in injection molding extrusion and sheet molding compounds. They can reduce final part weight by 15% or more without compromising mechanical integrity.
From start to finish, 3M™ Glass Bubbles iM30K are about helping the production process and the quality of finished parts. Toward that end, weight reduction of 15% or more can be achieved in injection molded parts. These substantial weight reductions don’t come at the expense of quality. In fact, parts maintain strength, surface aesthetics and mechanical integrity with the use of 3M glass bubbles iM30K.
Reduce cycle time by 15-25% or more without compromising critical mechanical properties of finished parts. The secret? Faster cooling. Typically, cooling takes up most of a mold cycle. By using glass bubbles to reduce thermal mass, parts cool faster from the melt and cycle times can be considerably shortened. Fillers like talc and calcium carbonate may cost less but can actually increase part weight. Glass bubbles allow customers to make more parts per minute, per hour, per day and per year.

We offer 3M Hollow Glass Microspheres for Thermal Insulation Applications. The high strength and low thermal conductivity (0.06 – 0.2 W•m-1•K-1 at 0°C)* of 3M™ Glass Bubbles make them ideal additives in pipeline and riser insulation. These inert particles are completely compatible with all other components of the insulating system, including polyurethane, polypropylene and epoxy. What''s more, these hollow glass microspheres are virtually insoluble in water…providing better utility in underwater applications.

MEA Triazine 80% is a pale yellow liquid with a mild amine odor. The main usage of MEA Triazine in oil and gas industry is for scavenging hydrogen sulfide.
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) is highly flammable and reactive gas. At low concentrations it smells like rotten eggs but inhaling the gas at higher concentration will cause instant unconsciousness. In oil or gas, H2S reacts with the moisture in the air to form sulphuric acid (H2SO4) which corrodes the meal pipes. This makes removal of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) imperative in oil and gas field. This can be achieved by the help of scavengers. MEA Triazine and MMA Triazine are most commonly used Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) gas scavengers in oil and gas applications.
MEA Triazine is hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(substituted)-s-triazine derivatives. The chemistry is based on triazines and it perform well for direct injection into the gas streams by atomizers and spray nozzels in case of off-shore application. In case of on shore applications the sour gas containing Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)  is passed through contactor towers to eliminate Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S). One mole of triazine can scavenge two moles of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) molecules form the system.

MEA Triazine is supplied in barrels, IBC totes and ISO tanks from our plant in India and is also available ex-stock in Houston USA. We also offer customized formulations of Triazine based on the customer's or service provider's requirement.

Guar Gel Breaking Enzyme Conc.Yes! I am interested

Fracturing fluids are used for viscosity and proppant transport during hydraulic fracturing operations. These breakers are important in fracturing fluid to extensively degrade the polymer mass after fracturing operations reducing viscosity and thereby maximizing fracture conductivity with minimum residual damaging.

A fracturing fluid are made with higher viscous Gel loaded with proppant silica or Ceramic Proppant with the polymeric material this includes Guar Gum, Xanthan or hydrophilic polymeric along with water and Oil.

Usually Frac Proppant Gel is then pumped into a well bore at an appropriate rate and pressure to produce lateral fractures to open access to surrounding crude oil and natural gas.

Geocon Products manufacture EXPLORAX BRK Enzyme for Guar and Xanthan based breaking through Bio Process when injected the high viscosity fracturing fluid to immediately lower the viscosity. This allow controlled release time and the fluid to enter into cracks while leaving the proppant in position to hold the fracture open.

In Oil well applications Enzymes have been used successfully as breakers for fracturing fluids for many years. Enzymes are more polymer specific, environmentally friendly, easy & safe to handle, completely miscible in the fluid system, Equipment friendly. When we compare with the Oxidizers on the other hand, they are not environmentally nor equipment friendly. Oxidizers affect the activity of enzymes when mixed.

Activity of EXPLORAX GEL BREAKER and How it works?

Enzymes are proprietary blends and made suitable for gel breaking activity. The class hemicellulose and Mannanase Group, which cause reduction of the guar molecular weight. Enzymes are very economical and easier to handle but have some limitations of pH and temperature. The breaking two mannan groups leads to an immediate reduction in the average molecular weight, and hence reduction in viscosity.

Handling and Storage

EXPLORAX BREAKER should be stored in a cool, dry location. Shelf-life is typically 2 years but can be extended by storing under refrigeration. Keep all containers tightly closed.

EXPLORAX BREAKER is non-toxic. It may be irritating if contacted with the eyes. It may irritate the skin of extremely sensitive individuals.
